Using the service

Healthmaxxing is web-based software you reach through an account, and some features require a paid subscription. You may use it only if you can legally agree to these Terms and you are at least 18 years old.

You are responsible for your account, your device, your posts, your messages, your uploaded content, and any activity under your login.

Account rules

• Use accurate account information and keep your login secure.
• Do not access someone else's account or try to bypass authentication.
• Do not scrape, spam, overload, reverse engineer, or attack the service.
• Do not sell, rent, or transfer your account without permission.

Community rules

The forum and chat features are for useful discussion, progress, support, and knowledge sharing. Strong opinions are allowed. Abuse is not.

• No harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, hate, or targeted humiliation.
• No sexual content involving minors, exploitation, or illegal content.
• No medical misinformation presented as professional diagnosis or treatment.
• No spam, scams, impersonation, fake engagement, or malicious links.
• No posting private images, private messages, or personal data without permission.
• No instructions for self-harm, eating disorders, violence, or dangerous abuse of substances.

Health, diet, and advice

Reports, guides, and content about diet, recovery, grooming, posture, training, aesthetics, and lifestyle are educational information delivered through the platform. Nothing on Healthmaxxing is a clinical opinion, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a licensed professional service. Talk to a qualified professional before making major diet, supplement, exercise, medical, or mental health decisions. Stop using advice that causes harm.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create or upload. By posting or uploading content to public or community areas, you give Healthmaxxing permission to host, display, copy, resize, transmit, moderate, and remove that content as needed to operate the service.

Do not post content that you do not have rights to use. We may remove content or restrict accounts when content breaks these Terms or creates risk for users or the platform.

Moderation and enforcement

We may warn users, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, ban accounts, or preserve records when needed for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or platform stability. We do not promise to review every post or message.

Payments, refunds, and subscriptions

A paid Healthmaxxing subscription grants your account access to platform features: analysis reports, analysis and tracking tools, progress and report history, and the member library. It is a subscription to that access, not an engagement for professional, clinical, or advisory services. Prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase, and payment processors may handle billing.

Subscriptions are prepaid. There is no 14-day, no-questions-asked, or dissatisfaction refund. Unused time, slow results, change of mind, and not using the product are not refund reasons.

Refunds are possible only in limited emergency situations, and only if we approve them. You must write support@healthmaxxing.org with enough documentation for us to review the case. Examples we may consider include unauthorized charges, a confirmed payment-processor error, or a documented personal emergency that made continued access impossible. We decide each case. Approval is not automatic.

You can cancel to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not refund a period already billed, unless we approve an emergency refund as above or a law that applies to you requires it. If the law where you live requires a refund, we will follow that law.

Unless a specific written offer says otherwise, paid access is for your account only and does not guarantee any physical, aesthetic, health, social, or financial result.

Healthmaxxing is part of a family of sites we own and run. These properties have their own products, pricing, and checkout flows, but they are operated by the same team:

• moldyberry.com — paid e-books and digital book purchases.

Using those sites is subject to their own terms and checkout pages. A Healthmaxxing subscription does not automatically include access to paid products on iridology.shop or moldyberry.com unless a specific offer says otherwise.

Third-party services

The site may connect to third-party services for hosting, backend infrastructure, authentication, payments, analytics, social links, or embedded resources. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply.

Our visual design is inspired by and based on the public design language of qoves.com.

Disclaimers

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly secure, accurate, or suitable for every person. Use your own judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Healthmaxxing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, emotional distress, personal decisions, or user-generated content.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using the service, you also agree to that policy.

Changes and contact
